Harry Selvarajan

Managing Partner

Harry is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of First Principles Capital. Harry oversees the firm’s overall strategy, fundraising, portfolio management, and alongside the other founding partners, works on the firms investment decisions. Prior to founding First Principles Capital, Harry independently invested across a variety of operating platforms where he sourced, executed, and operated companies and facilitated them to a successful exit. Prior to this, Harry was an investor at Waypoint Investment Partners, a multi-disciplinary asset manager investing across the capital structure in public and private markets.
Harry graduated with High Distinction from the Honours BBA (Finance) program at Wilfrid Laurier University and was the recipient of the Alumni Gold Medal for his graduating class.

Srin Sridharan

Founding Partner, Business Development

Srin is Co-Founder and Partner at First Principles Capital, heading the firm’s business development and growth initiatives. A seasoned investor and operator, Srin has executed deals and scaled companies across software, food/hospitality, and sports rights, among others. Prior to First Principles Capital, he built a family office investment platform and served as Partner and Head of Investment Research at Waypoint Investment Partners.
Srin earned degrees in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, where he was valedictorian of his class.

Braydon Myers

Founding Partner, Origination & Execution

Braydon is a Co-Founder and Partner at First Principles Capital, leading the deal origination and execution functions, leveraging an extensive network of M&A advisors, business brokers, and key service providers.
 Before joining FPC, Braydon was integral in building Alcorn Partners, a Toronto-based private equity firm, where he built out the company’s origination engine and completed two platform acquisitions.
 Prior to joining Alcorn, Braydon was a Vice President at Alignvest Management Corporation, a Toronto-based private equity firm, where he was responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities and the ongoing management of portfolio companies across a number of sectors, but most notably, healthcare services, manufacturing, real estate, telecom, and financial services. 
Prior to this, Braydon was in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Real Estate investment banking groups at BMO Capital Markets. Braydon graduated with Distinction from the Honours BBA (Finance) program at Wilfrid Laurier University.

Jeel Shah

Head of Product

Jeel is the Head of Product at Logic Tech, where he leads corporate strategy, operations, product development, and growth initiatives. Previously, he held product roles at Verisk and IBM, building B2B and B2C software across both early-stage and post-PMF environments. At Verisk, he managed a product portfolio, collaborating with top reinsurance firms at Lloyd’s of London. At IBM, he led the learning platform for Watson Orchestrate. Jeel also founded and scaled two software companies and holds an Honors BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University. Outside of work, he’s an avid chess player.

Rahul Srinivasan

CEO of Boundaries North

Rahul Srinivasan is the CEO of Boundaries North, where he leads team performance, commercial growth, and strategic partnerships—including a multi-year TD Bank sponsorship of Cricket Canada. A former Canadian National Youth Team cricketer, Rahul brings deep knowledge of the sport and experience from senior roles with the Toronto Arrows RFC and Loyalty One. He holds an HBA from Ivey Business School and a certificate in Business Analysis from U of T, and is also a certified French and Italian Wine Scholar.
